High-Performance Leadership Development Program
The High-Performance Leadership Program is our flagship development experience. Comprised of 18 modules divided into three categories—Foundational, Relational, and Strategic skills—and imbued with the Care Deeply Mindset throughout.
Participants progress through modules over an extended time frame, allowing them to absorb, apply, and discuss what they’ve learned before moving forward.
What it produces:

- A visible cohort of standard-bearers who demonstrate that your values and strong performance work together

Speak Inarguably: Leadership Communication Training
When conversations get difficult, people-first managers often feel caught between two bad options: stay silent and let resentment build, or speak up and risk being seen as the source of conflict. That risk is real because most leaders speak arguably without realizing it—stating their perspectives as universal truths—which creates resistance instead of progress.
Speak Inarguably teaches leaders to communicate inarguably: replacing opinions and conclusions with observations and personal ownership. The difference shows up in how people respond—arguable language puts people on the defensive, while inarguable language keeps them accountable and moving toward resolution.
Most communication training delivers content in a single workshop, and the gains fade quickly once workplace pressures return. Speak Inarguably is delivered across multiple weeks, teaching one practical framework leaders can apply to accountability conversations, performance concerns, and difficult feedback—creating the foundations for a culture worth protecting.

Leadership Coaching
Some leadership challenges can’t wait for the next training session. Coaching provides leaders with a confidential space to work through real decisions, real relationships, and real organizational challenges as they happen.
Care Deeply’s coaching network includes 40+ coaches who are experienced leaders first and coaches second. On average, they bring more than 20 years of business experience, 15 years in leadership roles, and 10 years of coaching practice. All have been certified through the International Coach Federation (ICF).
Coaching is available as a standalone engagement and as an add-on to leadership development programs, where it accelerates learning and deepens behavior change.
What it produces:
- Accelerated development for leaders in critical roles
- Sustained behavior change that programs alone rarely produce
- Outside perspective on challenges leaders are too close to see clearly
Additional details:
- Our coach matching process allows clients to select the coach that is the best fit for their goals and preferences
- Pre- and post-coaching input included from up to two stakeholders (usually their manager +1 additional respondent)
- Monthly overview reports generated for program managers for >5 simultaneous coachees
