Christopher Arnold
Christopher specializes in healthy workplace conflict and supportive accountability for leaders who care deeply about people and planet. He supports business leaders with engaging and motivating their teams, navigating healthy conflict, generating organizational buy-in, and holding colleagues supportively accountable to shared results.
Christopher’s clients describe his coaching style as “bluntly compassionate,” which is to say that he addresses difficult topics head-on while holding a non-judgmental and supportive environment for his clients. He has been coaching since 2010 and has over 2000 hours of coaching experience.
SENIOR ADVISOR & RELATIONAL COACH
Harmony Kwiker
Harmony specializes in doing deep, personal work with leaders. She supports clients when life challenges are interfering with their workplace performance. She also trains teams on relational communication skills when unhealthy conflict is negatively affecting teamwork.
Harmony is a professor of mindfulness-based transpersonal counseling at Naropa University and the author of multiple books. As the founder of her own coaching program, Harmony sets high standards for the advisors of Care Deeply Consulting.
