Managed Peer Coaching
Individual development produces uneven results when it remains only with the people who received it. Managed Peer Coaching spreads leadership behaviors across the organization through structured peer conversations without adding facilitation burden to your internal team. Conversations are designed to reinforce shared leadership standards in real time, across departments, not just within teams. Over time, leadership consistency stops depending on who attended which program.
You provide a list of participants and Care Deeply handles the rest—matching participants into coach/coachee pairs, guiding each pair through a series of scripted conversations, managing scheduling, and collecting feedback throughout.
