Christopher Arnold

Christopher specializes in healthy workplace conflict and supportive accountability for leaders who care deeply about people and planet. He supports business leaders with engaging and motivating their teams, navigating healthy conflict, generating organizational buy-in, and holding colleagues supportively accountable to shared results.

Christopher’s clients describe his coaching style as “bluntly compassionate,” which is to say that he addresses difficult topics head-on while holding a non-judgmental and supportive environment for his clients. He has been coaching since 2010 and has over 2000 hours of coaching experience.

Nancy is a Master Certified Coach (MCC) and ranks in the top 3% of coaches worldwide. With over 12,000 hours of coaching experience, she combines extensive training and real-world management expertise to deliver impactful, results-driven coaching that accelerates leadership success. Nancy has worked with leaders across a variety of sectors, including Fortune 500 companies, tech startups, nonprofits, education, manufacturing and healthcare. As a facilitator of leadership development programs, she helps leaders and teams not just survive, but thrive, by fostering cultures of trust and belonging where employees feel valued and empowered.
