As the founder of Care Deeply Consulting, Christopher has curated a community of the highest-quality leadership coaches and talent consultants. Together, they support executives and HR leaders with building high-performance workplace cultures with a people-first mindset–improving employee engagement and driving company performance.
As a leader in the conscious business movement, Christopher has served as President of the Board for the Rocky Mountain Employee Ownership Center and as an organizer for B2B B Corps.

Nancy is a Master Certified Coach (MCC), ranking in the top 3% of coaches worldwide. With over 12,000 hours of coaching experience, she combines extensive training and real-world management expertise to deliver impactful, results-driven coaching that accelerates leadership success. Nancy has worked with leaders across a variety of sectors, including Fortune 500 companies, tech startups, nonprofits, education, manufacturing and healthcare. As a facilitator of leadership development programs, she helps leaders and teams not just survive, but thrive, by fostering cultures of trust and belonging where employees feel valued and empowered.
