Christopher Arnold

Christopher founded Care Deeply in 2018 after nearly two decades in engineering management roles at Hewlett-Packard, Agilent, and Avago Technologies; and after three years as a leadership coach with a local organizational consulting firm.

Before founding the firm, Christopher was a certified trainer with Dale Carnegie Training and earned a leadership coaching certificate from Georgetown University’s Institute for Transformational Leadership. Both experiences deepened his understanding of how leaders actually change, and where conventional development approaches reach their limits.

His career arc produced a clear conviction: leadership development fails not because of the quality of training or coaching, but because leaders return to unchanged systems that don’t reinforce their learning and growth. Care Deeply exists to build leadership operating systems that produce high-performance leaders for people-first companies.

Nancy Holtze

Nancy is a Master Certified Coach (MCC)—a credential held by fewer than 3% of coaches worldwide—with more than 25 years of experience and over 12,000 hours of coaching practice. She came to Care Deeply because she found a firm whose conviction that relationships are the foundation of organizational performance matched her own.

Nancy spent two decades building and leading her own coaching practice before joining some of the most recognized names in executive development. At Korn Ferry, she coached Google executives across the globe, partnering with senior leaders on the relational and communication skills that separate good managers from genuinely influential ones. Her work has since extended across technology, healthcare, financial services, and education—with clients at organizations including Meta, Microsoft, Salesforce, PayPal, Medtronic, 3M, Ernst & Young, and Delta.

Nancy’s role at Care Deeply extends well beyond individual coaching. Nancy built and leads the firm’s coaching network—recruiting, vetting, and developing the coaches who deliver Care Deeply’s work across the country. She has designed coach onboarding programs, served as a mentor coach, and supported coaches through their ICF credentialing journeys. The standard she holds for the network is the same standard she holds for herself: deep craft, real curiosity, and the kind of direct warmth that makes difficult conversations possible.

Care Deeply Coaches

Care Deeply’s work is delivered through a national network of 40+ leadership coaches and organizational consultants who are experienced business leaders first and coaches second.

Network members bring an average of 20+ years of business experience, 15+ years in leadership roles, and 10+ years of coaching practice. All have been certified through the International Coach Federation (ICF) or equivalent. Coaches are distributed across all four US time zones, allowing Care Deeply to serve organizations across diverse industries and geographies without sacrificing the quality of the relationship.

What distinguishes our coaching network is not credentials alone. It is the combination of real business experience and genuine coaching craft—the ability to understand the pressures leaders are navigating and help them navigate differently.

WHY I BUILT CARE DEEPLY.

Our Founding Story.

I started my career as an engineer with Hewlett-Packard Company.

Bill and Dave, the founders, had built something rare—a company that proved caring for people and achieving strong performance were not competing priorities.

When I arrived, Bill and Dave were no longer actively managing the business. The values were still on the wall. The cultural acronyms were still being used. But the behaviors that made HP remarkable were becoming uneven.

I wasn’t yet aware that I was about to witness what happens to a great culture when the leaders are no longer carrying it and the founders are no longer there to protect it.
