Assessments for Individuals
These assessment often categorize leaders into a foundational framework to bring awareness to their particular leadership style relative to others who have taken the assessment.
They provide insights into an individual leader’s personal understanding of their leadership capabilities and are most often used for identifying personal strengths, opportunities for development, self-awareness and growth. A benefit of this style of assessment is that it tends to be lower cost.
360 Leadership Assessments gather feedback from a variety of individuals who interact with the leader, including peers, direct reports, superiors, and sometimes even clients or external stakeholders. They provide insights into how others perceive the leader’s behaviors and impact and help with identifying leadership strengths, opportunities for growth, bridging gaps in perception, and facilitating leadership development.
